How to Link your Teams Tenant to Arist

This step must be done first in order for the Teams delivery method integration to work as expected.

1. Retrieve Tenant ID

To use Arist with Teams, Arist needs to be linked to your Teams Tenant. The simplest solution is to grab it directly from Teams:

  1. In Microsoft Teams, go to a Team or Channel, and copy its URL:

  2. In the URL, there will be a tenant ID, typically towards the end of the link.

2. Link Arist to your Teams Tenant

If you do not have administrative access to your organization yet, simply pass your Tenant ID along to your Arist representative to add for you.

For self-service configuration, log into Arist through the web application with your administrator account, and navigate to the organization settings. Under Delivery Methods, set your Tenant ID.
