Arist courses can now be delivered via email, so it's important to take the proper steps to ensure deliverability before you sign up to receive course content via email.
Sending Domain:
Arist's sending domain for email is:
[email protected]
To ensure the deliverability of Course Content, you can whitelist this domain in your preferred email provider.
We have instructions for Gmail and Outlook below:
Gmail:
First, go to your Gmail inbox and click the Cog Icon in the top right, then click "See all Settings":
From here, click "Filters and Blocked Addresses," then click "Create a New Filter":
A pop-up will appear where you can set the rules for your filter. Add our sending domain to the From field: [email protected]. Then click "Create Filter":
Next, you'll see a list of options for how your filter will handle messages from [email protected]. The only setting you need to check is "Never Send to Spam," then click "Create Filter" again.
Your new filter will appear in your filters list, and you're done! That is all you need to ensure delivery of your Arist course content via Gmail.
Outlook:
Whitelisting a sending domain in Outlook is as easy as adding the sending domain to your "Safe Senders" list. This will ensure that all content from Safe Sender listed domains go to your inbox regardless of your spam filter settings.
Click on “Settings”, then “Junk email”.
Select "Add safe sender" in the "Senders" section
Enter [email protected], click "OK," and then "Save." That is all you need to ensure delivery of your Arist course content via Gmail.
