Analytics Exports

There are five primary csv exports on the Analytics page:

  1. Enrollments

  2. Content

  3. Cohorts

  4. Responses

  5. Engagement

💡 The Enrollments, Responses, and Engagement exports are used the most frequently by Arist administrators. They can be used to create custom reports.


Enrollments

Go to the Analytics tab in Arist and scroll to the bottom of the page to find the Enrollments window. This page shows individual learner enrollment data. Click "Download." Once the download is ready, click on the link on the bottom of the page to download the file. It will also be emailed to you.

  • Learner ID: A unique identifier (UUID) for each individual learner in Arist.

  • Name: The full name of the learner enrolled in the course.

  • Email: The learner's email address used for account identification.

  • Total lessons: The total number of lessons available in the course the learner is enrolled in.

  • Current lesson: The lesson number the learner is currently on or has reached.

  • Course progress: The percentage of course completion (e.g., "100%").

  • Course name: The title of the specific course the learner is enrolled in.

  • Course enrolled date: The date when the learner was enrolled in the course.

  • Course start date: The date when the learner actually began taking the course.

  • Course completed date: The date when the learner finished the entire course (if completed).

  • Enrollment status: The current message flow state indicating what the system is doing or waiting for (e.g., ready to send next lesson, waiting for learner response).

  • Enrollment state: The overall state of the enrollment (e.g., active, completed, canceled, not engaged). This should be used to understand what's happening with a learner's enrollment.

  • Accuracy rate: The percentage of questions the learner answered correctly.

  • Reply rate: The percentage of questions the learner responded to.

  • Number of questions received: The total count of questions sent to the learner.

  • Number of questions completed: The count of questions the learner actually answered.

  • Confidence lift: The percentage change in learner confidence after taking the course, based on a 0-10 question asked in the beginning and end of the course.

  • Learner sentiment: A numerical score (out of 10) representing the learner's satisfaction or sentiment.

  • Address type: The communication method used to reach the learner (e.g., "sms").

  • Address value: The actual contact information (phone number, email, etc.) for the specified address type.

  • Cohort name: The name of the learner group or cohort they belong to (mostly null in this dataset).

  • Channel name: The enrollment channel through which the learner was enrolled.

  • Enrollment ID: A unique identifier for the specific enrollment record.

Any other learner metadata added from a cohort upload or from the Organization Settings will also show up in this export. For more information on metadata in Arist, refer to this article: Admin Settings Overview


Content

Go to the Analytics tab in Arist and scroll to the bottom of the page. Select the Content tab. The gives an overview of all of the content that has been sent out in your organization. Click "Download," and it will automatically save to your computer's downloads folder.

  • Content ID: A unique identifier (UUID) for each specific content in the system.

  • Name: The title or name of the course/content.

  • Schedules: The number of different schedules configured for this content.

  • Learners enrolled: The total count of learners currently enrolled in this specific content/course.

  • Completion rate: The average percentage of enrolled learners who have successfully completed this content.

  • Reply rate: The average percentage of questions that learners responded to for this content.

  • Accuracy rate: The percentage of questions answered correctly by learners for this content.

  • Learner sentiment: A numerical score (out of 10) representing average learner satisfaction or sentiment for this content.

  • Confidence lift: The average percentage change in learner confidence after taking the course, based on a 0-10 question asked in the beginning and end of the course.

Cohorts

Go to the Analytics tab in Arist and scroll to the bottom of the page. Select the Cohorts tab. This gives an overview of the various cohorts in the organization. Click "Download," and it will automatically save to your computer's downloads folder.

  • Cohort ID: A unique identifier (UUID) for each cohort group, with "nil" representing learners not enrolled through any specific cohort.

  • Cohort name: The name of the cohort.

  • Learners: The total number of learners currently assigned to or part of this specific cohort.

  • Schedules: The number of different course schedules (delivery timelines) associated with this cohort. Refer to Delivery for more information on Schedules.

Responses

Go to the Analytics tab in Arist and scroll to the bottom of the page. Select the Responses tab. This page shows learner responses to questions for each course taken. Click "Download," and it will automatically save to your computer's downloads folder.

  • Interaction ID: A unique identifier (UUID) for each individual question-response interaction between the system and learner.

  • Course name: The title of the specific course from which this question-response interaction originated.

  • Learner ID: The unique identifier (UUID) for that learner in the system.

  • Learner name: The full name of the learner who provided this response.

  • Learner account email: The email address associated with the learner's account.

  • Question: The actual text of the question that was asked to the learner.

  • Learner's response: The answer or response provided by the learner (could be text, numbers, or letter choices).

  • Answer option (letters): The letter designation (A, B, C, D, etc.) for multiple choice questions, if applicable.

  • Answer option (text): The full text description of the answer choice corresponding to the letter option, if applicable.

  • Learner's response is correct?: A True/False indicator showing whether the learner's response was correct. For non-graded questions like rating questions or open ended questions, this field is left blank.

  • Date: The date when the learner provided their response (MM/DD/YYYY format).

  • Response timestamp: The precise date and time when the response was submitted, including timezone information. (Time MM/DD/YYYY Timezone format)


Engagement

If you select one piece of content with the filters going across the top of the Analytics page, you can view that courses Engagement. This tab allows you to download response data for individual questions or to download all response data from the top of the page. e.
