Getting Started
The Calendar View automatically adjusts to your browser size, showing as many days as fit on your screen. When you first load the page, today's date appears in the center with an orange line. This view provides a visual overview of your content delivery schedules, making it easy to see when lessons are being delivered across all your cohorts and learners.
Understanding the Display
Schedule Bars: Each schedule appears as a horizontal bar showing the overall timeframe when content is being delivered. These lighter-colored bars represent the start and end dates when the schedule is active across all enrolled cohorts.
Expanded View: Click on the arrow on the left of any schedule to expand it and see individual cohort delivery details. These darker bars show the specific lesson delivery dates for each cohort enrolled in that schedule.
Different Schedule Types have Different Views
Instant (Self-Paced): Shows the timeframe from the first enrollment created to the most recent enrollment created. Since lessons can be delivered immediately, each day dot shows all course lessons available.
Custom Schedules (Dates): Displays individual lesson steps as clickable dots on specific scheduled dates. Also shows catch-up lessons for learners who are behind schedule.
Custom Schedules (Relative Day): Shows lesson delivery timing based on when each cohort enrolled, with individual lesson steps as clickable dots.
Basic Scheduled Delivery: Displays continuous delivery periods showing the specific days lessons go out for each cohort.
Filtering Your View
Use the filter panel to focus on:
Status: Active, scheduled, or not engaged enrollments
Content: Specific courses or lessons
Cohorts: Learner groups
Learners: Individual participants (shows their specific enrollments)
Created By: The admin that created the schedule
Other: The "with active enrollments" toggle only shows enrollments that are in an active or not-engaged status. When it's turned on, it will hide all "scheduled" enrollments.
Getting Details
Schedule Information: Click on any schedule's time bar to view details including schedule type, delivery time, timezone, and enrollment numbers.
Cohort Details: Click on expanded cohort entries to see specific enrollment information and access the enrollment tracker.
Important Notes
Only cohort-based enrollments are shown by default (requires a cohort-schedule connection)
Individual learners appear only when specifically filtered, and only if they have active, not engaged, or scheduled enrollments
Self-enrolled schedules are excluded unless you filter by specific learners
Learners without active, not engaged, or scheduled enrollment status are not displayed
For instant schedules with launch dates, cohort views will show the launch date as the start point
